Reclaiming What Was Always Yours.
Joy is Your Birthright.
In a day and time when the news is grim and hope feels hard to come by, joy can easily feel like a luxury, but it doesn’t have to. Joy was never meant to be placed on reserve for 'the good times'. Joy is our birthright.
Like anything worthy of our focus, joy requires definition, and definition demands exploration. To do this well, we must become students of our joy. Yes, eager, ambitious, patient scholars towards the art of our own joyful existence. This is where the magic happens.
Finding Joy was created to aid you in your quest towards a meaningful and joyful existence. Each question was thoughtfully designed to provide a new opportunity to spark your curiosity and awaken your inner hope.
Your Joy Doesn’t Have to Be Loud.
It’s yours after all. In fact, joy is often quieter than we expect, found within the messy, mundane, magical moments that make up our human life. As such, joy requires definition and exploration. Joy demands intention and introspection.
That’s why we created Finding Joy- a guided journal for the contemplative, curious, and creative.
Complete with reflective prompts, guided journaling questions, and generous space to write, this is more than a journal; it’s a record of your joy, defined on your own terms.
A Shared Summer of Joy.
This summer, The Conversationalist is hosting a shared season of reflection rooted in the art of joyful living: The Joy Edit. For 6 weeks, we’ll anchor ourselves in rhythms centered on routines, reflection, and community.
Each week will include:
A guided Substack reflection to accompany the Finding Joy journal.
A thoughtful prompt to spark connection & curiosity.
A gentle challenge to accompany you throughout the week.
If you’re craving a summer that feels uniquely distinct and joyful, The Joy Edit is for you.
