Every now and then, life greets us with a gentle invitation. Not to do more or be more, but to listen.

Moments like this have the opportunity to pass by us or transform us. The choice is ours.

In a day and time when the news is grim and hope feels hard to come by, joy can easily become a casualty, but it doesn’t have to. In fact, joy was never meant to be a luxury, placed on reserve for ‘the good times’; joy has always been your birthright.

This summer, The Conversationalist is cultivating a shared season of reflection rooted in the art of joyful living [The Joy Edit]. For 6 weeks, we’ll anchor ourselves in rhythms and routines centered on meaning, reflection, and community.

The Joy Edit was thoughtfully designed to go at your own pace. Together, we’ll virtually move through the Finding Joy Journal to explore what true joy can look like in the modern world.

Each week will include:

  • A guided Substack reflection to accompany the Finding Joy journal.

  • A thoughtful prompt to spark connection & curiosity.

  • A gentle challenge to accompany you throughout the week.

Your participation can be as individual or collective as you like. If you’re craving a summer that feels noticeably distinct and meaningful, The Joy Edit is for you.

Join us on Substack to get started.

Warmly,

The Conversationalist
